This World famous grade 1 listed house built by C.F.A. Voysey is situated directly over looking Lake Windermere and will take your breath away with it’s stunning views of the Lake and surrounding Fells and Mountains. Set in beautiful Lakeland gardens and with direct access to Lake Windermere it is a photographers dream and offer the possibility of a Lake Cruise for yourselves and your guests.

Broad Leys have organised weddings for a number of years and great pride is taken in building the wedding package around your needs and requirements. Our experienced managers can assist and guide you in all aspects of organising your very special day.

We have two rooms available, the Main hall and the Dining room with lake views for civil ceremonies seating up to 80 people. The house also has a Croquet Lawn adjacent to it that can accommodate up to two hundred guests in a Marquee, along with 6 Bedrooms. Our managers have local contacts to help accommodate large parties.
